Find out more about HZI at Job Description The primary purpose of the role is the commercial, legal, and contractual representation and management of assigned execution projects, and the management of consortium agreements.
Provide advice and support during negotiation of commercial contract conditions and with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors Support local and main office procurement, in particular alignment with public procurement laws Take responsibility for ensuring that the administration of the client contract and the consortium agreement are carried out in accordance with contract and legal obligations Take responsibility for change management and claim administration, at all times pursue out of court dispute management and settlement.
Qualifications Italian law legal education.
Bachelor degree in law or greater is preferred.
Technical qualifications in addition are also welcome.
Educated and proficient in the Italian Public Procurement Code framework ( 36/2023) At least 5 years postgraduate experience in comparable function in turnkey engineer-procure-construct-commission of industrial plants.
Experience in similar role in a law firm or in-house legal department may be considered.
Good quality drafting of contractual correspondence and claim documents in English and Italian.
