Continuous Improvement Specialist

For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:


• Analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes;


• Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency;


• Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods;


• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles.

Your background:


• Degree in engineering or business administration;


• > 1 year of experience in continuous improvement,


• Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2-C1);


• Good knowledge of Excel;


• Knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus.


• Out of the box thinking and excellent communication skills are required.
