Working from our office in Milan, you will bring relevant insights and knowledge of the Italian market, do research about our customer segments there and translate our value proposition, message and mission into compelling, engaging and authentic content that makes it irresistible to join the Soly community.

You’ll create high quality content to make people want to join the solar revolution Be the go-to person in Italy for all-things content & employer branding Coordinate our local CRM email flows & Email Marketing Campaigns Manage the Soly Blog & write/translate content pieces (short & long-form) Collaborate our Social Media Specialist with high quality content (photo & video) of the Italian market Create multimedia content that helps educate people in a simple and clear way about the solar & renewable energy industry Work together with other content marketers to launch omni-channel campaigns for Soly in Italy (OOH, print, PR, social media, etc. ) Support the Italian Sales team with multimedia content to help them land more clients Your Team As a Content Marketer, you will work in the Content Team within the Marketing Department.
The team includes fellow content marketers, visual designers, a social media specialist and a PR coordinator.
In addition, you also consult frequently with developers, advisors and other departments about the content of the content.
The main goal: creating high quality content (written & multimedia), increasing our brand awareness, authority position and creating brand preference.
You will be located in Milan, with the rest of the Soly Italy team, while the Content Marketing Team collaborates remotely from Amsterdam, Groningen, London, Cape Town and Düsseldorf.
Must have:A Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or similar; At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of marketing or communications (also from relevant internships) Excellent command of Italian and English language, because we are increasingly active internationallyA track record of great quality copywriting projects in Italian (impress us with your writing skills & portfolio), You are creative with words and you write with ease and you can delve into complex topics and write understandable articles about them Experience working with Wordpress or similar tools You’ve worked with email marketing and/or CRM softwares You have a proactive mindset: you are independent and a self-starter and feel comfortable working with remote teams You can maintain a good overview, enjoy working on a project basis and are confident; You are eager to learn and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
You understand the mentality of a scale-up and would like to contribute to our growth; Nice to have: Knowledge of the different types of marketing channels and understand which channel is best used and when Skills working with design or video creation (for social media) Experience working with omni-channel campaigns and campaign management Experience organizing events for press, customers or fellow colleagues Knowledge about how to work with influencers or content creators (briefing, negotiation, outreach, etc. ) Are you excited?
