Join NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics &Insights (SA I) team as a Consumer Behaviour &Insights Practice Area Expert, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of understanding Consumer and Shopper Behaviour. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you'll drive exceptional client outcomes, achieve ambitious revenue goals, and elevate our market presence.
Key responsabilities:
1. Drive Profitable Revenue Growth:
• Identify and seize opportunities for expanding our Consumer / Demand and Shopper solutions
• Collaborate with Sales teams to craft compelling client engagement strategies, including presentations, pitches, and proposals.
• Lead client pitches and proposals, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
2. Enhance Client Relationships:
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide valuable insights during proposal development to accurately address client requirements.
• Deliver standout responses to RF Is/RF Ps, showcasing our solutions' impact.
3. Promote Product Awareness:
• Articulate the value of our products, highlighting their ability to tackle client-specific challenges.
• Create and share success stories and case studies to demonstrate our solutions' effectiveness.
• Stay informed about new features and capabilities, continuously refining your product knowledge.
4. Foster Team Collaboration:
• Participate in global Subject Matter Expert communities to share best practices and stay aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and proposing solutions.
• Organize and engage in team routines, including bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions.
Your profile:
• 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles in consumer and shopper research (segmentation, landscaping, path to purchase etc. ).
• Fluent German and English
• Strong business development skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Thought leadership in the media landscape, with experience in content creation and presenting at events or webinars.
• Familiarity with sales processes and tools, with critical experience in proposal development.
