Responsibilities Provides consultation, guidance, and coaching to managers in areas such as: Handling employee relations matters, resolving concerns and reducing risk.
Ensures issues are escalated and resolved with urgency Interpretation and application of employment policies and practices Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures Developing, creating and issuing job offers All paperwork in relation to hiring, onboarding, job changes and statutory documents Interpreting collective agreements and providing guidance Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations and minimize risk Providing advice and guidance to managers on a range of employment matters Delivers services with process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency Builds strong partnerships to foster trust and accountability with all stakeholders Qualifications Education: You hold a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent by experience; Experience: Good Generalist HR experience including the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels Good knowledge of Italian employment law and application of collective agreements.
Knowledge of European Directives as they apply in Europe would also be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft products and HR dbases Competencies: Good communication skills and be able to interact with all levelsA self starter and be able to work independently Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, including having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities Language Italian and English.
