We are looking for a Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join the Consolidation & Administration function in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD).
As a Consolidation and Reporting Analyst, you will work on consolidation, analysis and reporting to support the Consolidation & Administration function in preparing accurate and timely consolidated financial statements (in accordance with IFRS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support local finance teams during the monthly close process to ensure actual submissions are completed on a timely basis
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual close and global consolidation process
• Oversee the intercompany and elimination processes for the group
• Prepare/validate IFRS entries for the whole Group companies
• Support subsidiaries’ compliance with the adoption of accounting standards
• Analyze Reporting Packages submitted by consolidated companies, both Italian and foreign, checking for completeness, consistency and accuracy
• Updating consolidation entries
• Support the preparation of the consolidated annual report, including certain disclosures, and interim financial reports to be filed within SEC
• Support the annual update the Group Manual according to IFRS standards and managing the centralized chart of accounts
• Support in handling requests from external/internal auditors
• Support subsidiaries’ administration department in reporting process and accounting issues
• Prepare the reporting package of some minor legal entities
• Support the execution of the internal controls related to the consolidation process
• Participate in special projects or ad-hoc analysis to support the finance department and company initiatives.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3 years' experience in auditing firms or in similar roles in multinational group
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards (as well as OIC)
• Experience in consolidation processes (as a plus)
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation criteria
• Knowledge of general accounting
• Excellent knowledge of Office
