For the next season, we are looking for a Concierge to join the team at Splendido Mare.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.



Main duties &responsibilities:



• Warmly welcomes guests and visitors upon arrival and makes them feel cared for and attended to


• Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point and delivered to room and upon departure collected from room on check out, following LQA standards; Run errands for guests as and when required.


• Handle all messages, mails and parcels for guests and also for employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner


• Understands customer needs and provides them with personalised solutions by suggesting activities and facilities/services provided by the hotel.


• Answers and redirect phone inquiries in a timely and respectful manner following LQA standards


• Assists guests who need information, offering restaurant recommendations and arranging transportation, excursions etc


• Provides information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations


• Acts as a “liaison” between guests and all departments necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc



Requirements



• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels


• Good communication skills


• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure


• Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required


• High standards of service


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

• Effective and punctual written and verbal communication in order to update relevant colleagues and department.


• He/she exhibits the ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills. He/she is willing to continuously develop him/herself.


• He/she should be accurate and precise in all duties and checks carried out. He/she demonstrates a sense of urgency and take ownership of one’s tasks and responsibilities.


• He/she deals with multiple tasks and alters behaviour/priorities as changes occur and remains calm in pressurised situations.

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C. C. N. L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Concierge


• Start date: May 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.


• Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniorirty and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
