About the role:
As a Capital Project Support, you will support the capital management team in financial topics and manage the capitalization process. You will support asset management and cost controlling/funding activities.
How you will contribute:
•
Accountable for the regular and correct update of our repository of capital investments through various informatic systems.
•
Lead monthly forecasts and yearly budgets, supporting P Ms ( Project Managers) in the requested activities
•
Support the Capital team to solve issues having a smooth the process regarding pending invoices, purchase offers, opening of new investments, journal entries adjustments, tickets to the SSC ( Shared Service Center), etc.
•
Collaborate with local Finance and purchasing, and with the SSC in Poland.
•
Support the local PMO ( Project Management Office) for the final closure of projects, with various activities in the system and in reporting documents.
•
Prepare the capitalization requests to be sent to the SSC, after gathering the relevant information from the P Ms and purchase orders owners.
•
Monthly update of some data for Global, related to projects admitted to a simplified reporting
•
Prepare and enter project time amendments in the system. Communicate variations to the SSC.
•
Support a formal process for change management of capital projects
•
Proactively supports the enhancement of our process’s efficiency taking part in initiatives
What you bring to Takeda:
•
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar field
•
Minimum previous experience (internship or short fixed term contract).
•
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills
•
Knowledge in English and Italian (both written and oral)
•
Have financial skills
•
Knowledge of capitalization concepts and asset management
•
Work in a challenging manufacturing environment with tight timing
