Descrizione del lavoro


Segue le direttive della Governante ai piani e si occupa di:



• pulire e mettere in ordine le camere e gli spazi comuni


• effettuare il rinnovo giornaliero della biancheria, riassettare la camera e riordinare gli oggetti e/o gli effetti personali del cliente


• turn down service in fascia serale


• verificare lo stato della camera e l’inventario di quanto vi è in dotazione quando l'ospite è in partenza


• effettuare il rapportino giornaliero con la Governante


She/ He follows the instructions of the Housekeeper to the plans and deals with:



• clean and tidy rooms and common areas


• carry out the daily renewal of the linen, tidy up the room and reorder the client's items and/or personal effects


• turn down service in the evening band


• check the status of the room and the inventory of what is provided when the guest is leaving


• make the daily report with the housekeeper


Qualifiche




• Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata in ruolo analogo in un contesto di lavoro similare o locali di alta gamma


• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana


• Professionalità, flessibilità, precisione, responsabilità e velocità nel servizio, predisposizione al lavoro di Squadra


• Experience of at least 1 year matured in a similar role in a context of similar work or high-end premises


• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language


• Professionalism, flexibility, precision, responsibility and speed in service, preparation for teamwork

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della dimora Relais &Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un ambiente di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l’impegno al successo dell’hotel

- Contratto a tempo determinato (disponibilità immediata fino al 17. 10. 2025 )

- CCNL Turismo. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all’esperienza

- Disponibilità full time

The resource will be placed within the family-run Relais &Châteaux residence which offers welcome and hospitality to its staff, guaranteeing a serene work environment where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success

- Fixed-term contract - Fixed-term contract (availability to 17. 10. 25)

- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience

- Full time availability
