We are seeking a Business Support Intern – a proactive and motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company focused on Industrial IoT. You will work closely with multiple departments, contributing to essential business processes and providing support across various business functions, including Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Sales.

Esperienze lavorative precedenti What You’ll Do
As a Business Support Intern, you will support daily activities in multiple departments, including:
Sales Order Management:
Entry and updating of sales orders in the accounting/ERP system;
Validation of order consistency with commercial offers and contractual terms;
Support and maintenance of customer master data and commercial conditions;
Verification of product availability and alignment with warehouse/shipping teams;
Monitoring of order status through to fulfilment;
Communication with customers regarding order confirmations or operational requests;
Support to the Finance team for reconciliation between orders, invoices, and payments.
Invoicing:
Invoice Creation: creation and sending of customer invoices (domestic and international), via automated systems ( Odoo);
Contractual Validation: ensuring invoice consistency with orders and contracts (e. g. , payment terms, applied discounts, etc. );
Electronic Invoicing: handling electronic invoicing (SDI) for domestic clients and issuing invoices for international clients;
Tax Compliance: ensuring correct application of tax regulations, for both domestic and international sales (e. g. , reverse charge, intra-community VAT)
Credit/ Debit Notes support: issuing and recording credit and debit notes to correct order errors or invoicing discrepancies
Warehouse & Logistics Management:
Ongoing monitoring and updating of product inventory;
Support of outbound and return shipments, including liaising with external couriers/shipping providers;
Issuance and management of transport documents (DDT);
Accounting valuation of inventory using FIFO/LIFO criteria;
Recording of inbound/outbound stock movements and warehouse balances;
Collaboration with the Finance team to ensure proper inventory valuation for accounting and reporting purposes;
Support in periodic physical and accounting inventory checks.
Titoli preferenziali What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field ( Master’s degree is a plus)
Fluency in Italian and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
