Description How you will contribute Support the direct-to-consumer e Commerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.
Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute e Commerce initiatives effectively.
Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on direct-to-consumer e Commerce platform.
Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on direct-to-consumer e Commerce platform.
Manage e Commerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of e Commerce projects.
Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KP Is.
Who you are Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field3-5 years of experience in similar role Strong understanding of e Commerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.
Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
