Role Description:
Drive inbound sales growth by nurturing leads coming from the website, converting incoming inquiries, and strategically expanding our existing client portfolio—with a primary focus on French-speaking clients, while also managing opportunities within English-speaking markets. Emphasis is placed on relationship-building, customer satisfaction, and identifying organic growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Lead the onboarding and setup of the product, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation experience tailored to the specific needs of each client, particularly in the French market.
Identify market development opportunities for our products, focusing on both existing clients and potential prospects in targeted sectors such as marketing agencies, retail, and luxury—mainly within France, but also in other relevant English-speaking regions.
Actively identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant public and private tenders in France to secure new business opportunities.
Provide strategic consultancy to clients, assisting them in maximizing the value and effectiveness of the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills
At least 4 years of experience in B2B software sales.
Experience in tech support in B2B software sales
Demonstrable experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Proven experience in customer support and account management.
Proficient in CRM tools, specifically Hub Spot.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in upselling, cross-selling, inbound marketing, and outbound sales techniques.
Experience in email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of Hub Spot CRM.
Ability to analyze data and generate commercial performance reports (sales and marketing KP Is).
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and experience handling client objections.
Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools ( Slack, Jira).
Intermediate understanding of web technologies and SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with prospecting tools, particularly Linked In Sales Navigator.
