As a Supply Chain Business Analyst - e Commerce, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing e Commerce platforms. You will bridge the gap between business and IT teams, ensuring that business strategies and requirements are effectively translated into actionable IT solutions. This role involves analyzing and documenting e Commerce processes, integrating new platforms with legacy systems, and ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy.
Your missions:
Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to e Commerce solutions.
Implement and optimize e Commerce platforms, integrating them with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
Support strategy development and the Product Owner in refining and enhancing the product.
Create and deliver comprehensive training materials tailored to specific product areas.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues as part of the third-level support team.
Drive improvements and explore opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
Design business scenarios and use cases, focusing on product adoption and value maximization.
Your profile:
Functional knowledge of supply chain flows, particularly in e Commerce.
Experience with e Commerce platforms such as Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify.
Experience with OMS platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, or Microsoft D365 IOM.
Experience in Agile/ Dev Ops environments, using design thinking methodology.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes and systems.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Previous experience in a global environment and virtual team collaboration.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse technical configurations.
