The Opportunity We are looking for a talented Brand Development Specialist (maternity cover) to join our Brand and PR team based in Brugherio (MB).
This is a diverse role requiring a creative, strategic approach working with international markets juggling numerous high profile projects with multiple stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for enhancing QVC brand awareness and relevance outside QVC platforms at the market level.
You will act as the brand angel inside and outside the organization building partnerships and innovative projects to drive QVC brand stature growth.

Your Impact Reporting to the Brand Development and External Relationship Manager you will be responsible for activities related to different areas: Brand Development Support the broader business to create awareness and engagement to promote a positive reputation for QVC.
Support Brand & External Relations role with implementation of media and non-media partnerships, sponsorship, special initiatives and alliances at the market level.
Responsible for executing key projects across platforms for QVC brand, with a focus on building and expanding QVC’s relationships with premium brands (co-marketing) and media.
Bring an innovative and experimental approach providing business and consumer visibility to QVC brand, scout and create scalable proprietary brand assets and leverage innovative activations opportunities.
Deliver innovative campaign-based approach balanced against clear business objectives, deliver innovative publicity strategies and manage special initiative events across platforms.
Follow all the process for creation of Brand awareness campaign or other ADV Campaigns.
Create relationship and alignment with QRG for all the Corporate initiatives and QI.
Check the budget and raise PO related to the single initiatives.
External Partnerships Foster and develop relationships with external connections (. media, business partners including vendor partners, with whom to identify co-branding opportunities and projects that can enhance brand stature, awareness, and differentiation.
Support scouting and overseeing all aspects of the ideation, creation, execution of branded entertainment partnerships, sponsorship and co-funding opportunities (. product placement, movies, tv shows, co-creation contents, original contents production, licensing).
Maintain and enrich vendors relationships by creating and managing promotional plans that value both QVC and partner’s characteristics, and nurture vendor relationships in order to raise resources (economic or in-kind) to promote the QVC brand, by promoting brands sold through platforms.
Check the budget and raise PO related to the single initiatives.
Cause Marketing Execution(CSR): Facilitate and nurture the presence of the QVC brand through execution of QRG defined cause marketing projects, leveraging market level customer and brand insights.
Execute promotional campaigns, in all the aspects, for cause marketing initiatives to make QVC more attractive and reputable.
Support Senior PR specialist to create positive PR and elevate QVC brand leveraging celebrity engagement, entertaining and engaging customer experiences and opportunities to showcase QVC vendors and introduce new brands.
Work with QRG an Legal for all the approval processes of the Campaign.
Check the budget and raise PO related to the single initiatives.
