Role Overview
As a B2B SaaS Marketer, your primary mission will be to generate high-quality inbound leads through strategic marketing campaigns. You will have full ownership of demand generation initiatives and leverage your expertise in Hub Spot CRM to drive conversion and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of all key marketing channels, including paid marketing, organic growth, social media, content marketing, CRM &lead nurturing, webinars, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Hub Spot CRM Management: Utilize Hub Spot to manage contacts, automate workflows, nurture leads, and track performance analytics.
• Paid Marketing: Oversee and optimize Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive MQ Ls and SQ Ls.
• SEO &Content Marketing: Plan and execute SEO-driven content strategies (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc. ) to improve organic visibility.
• Social Media &Community Growth: Manage and grow our Linked In and Twitter presence, driving brand awareness and engagement within relevant B2B communities.
• Email Marketing &Lead Nurturing: Develop targeted email sequences, drip campaigns, and newsletters to engage prospects and move them down the funnel.
• Webinars &Events: Organize and promote webinars, virtual events, and workshops to establish thought leadership and generate qualified leads.
• Marketing Analytics &Reporting: Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and Linked In Campaign Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements &Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and inbound marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency with Hub Spot CRM (workflow automation, lead scoring, reporting, and campaign management).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
• Experience running and optimizing Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Previous experience marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem (preferred but not required).
