What You’ll Do Serves as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in line with service expectations.
Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.
Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies.
Monitor order KP Is (e. g. , OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
Functional Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Relevant Experience: 0-2 Years Fluent in English Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.
Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KP Is.
Experience in a B2B environment.
ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools MS Office Soft Skills Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.
