Your Mission



• Ensures the design (automation, HMI or electrical) related to an Equipment


• Respects the Guidelines & Rules in development


• Can participate to the functionnal analysis, FMEA


• Procures all technical document linked to the project


• Can contribute to projects related to Open innovation


• Is the Manager of a dedicated team and coordinates the resources to deliver the projects on time in full


• Coach and develop team members to further grow their skills to meet the organizational needs


• Provides the required inputs about the budget and the reporting needs to the Automation manager


• Acts with a continuous improvement mindset and can propose improvements in term of processes, tools or technologies to his Manager


Your Profile


Level of Education and Languages:


• Education: Bachelor Degree


• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP knowledge


• Language requirements: English, written and spoken. Fluency in Italian

Required experience andskills:


• PLC/ Motion/ Hardware/network/ Mechatronic/safety skills


• Experience in machine development is a plus


• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams


• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude;


• Availability to travel
