Role Overview

As an Associate Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of ABF market by enhancing our ABF management platform, working closely with internal teams and clients to analyze business requirements, enhance product development, and contribute to the structured finance and alternative investment landscape.




What You’ll Do ( First 30/60/90 Days &Beyond) Business &Product Analysis



• Gather &Document Requirements – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market needs, define business requirements, and ensure alignment with industry standards.


• Support Product Development – Provide insights into product design and enhancements, ensuring features meet business and client needs.


• Monitor Development Progress – Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of new features.


• Define &Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Define the scope and conduct UAT to verify that product functionalities operate as intended and meet business requirements.


Collaboration &Client Engagement



• Cross- Functional Coordination – Partner with product managers, customer success teams, and designers to ensure a seamless product evolution.


• Client Communication – Engage with global institutions (banks, asset managers, non-bank lenders) to assess transaction structures and provide strategic insights.


Data &Market Insights



• Analyze Financial Data – Conduct independent data analysis to identify trends, optimize decision-making, and enhance product functionality.


• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on private credit, structured finance, and regulatory changes, offering recommendations for product enhancements.





What You Bring



• 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, asset based finance, or securitizations within banks, non-bank lenders, asset managers or rating agencies.


• Analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling, transaction structuring, or credit risk assessment of structured products.


• A deep interest in technology, software and AI


• Proficiency in Excel (SQL, Python, R, Stata will be considered a plus)


• Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.


• Prior exposure to the software development lifecycle, fintech platforms or software related projects is a plus.





We are looking for our next team member – and we hope it’s you! This is a full-time position offered on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, with the opportunity to transform to a permanent contract based on performance.
