Responsibilities
• Learning of the JMA DAS main functionalities, to be able to support an on-site commissioning, and generate activities report both for customer and internal use.
• Support, both remotely and on-site, the customer during the monitoring and the troubleshooting of the JMA DAS equipment platforms
• Work with cross functional teams to address the customer issues and questions to ensure the customer satisfaction
• Support the testing and MOP validation on internal test benches
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in electronic, telecommunication or IT engineering
• A fundamental understanding of the main cellular technology standards, as 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G
• Experience with Linux, Windows Operating Systems and Networking
• Fluent Italian and Good English Knowledge (at least B2)
• Availability to travel locally and internationally (max up to 50% of the time)
• It is a plus the knowledge of the principal measurement tools spectrum analyzer, optical power meter)
