Associate Customer Service Technical Specialist, Content Support

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have expertise in the following areas:


• Core Skills:HTML/XML: Proficiency in content structuring and templating. JIRA & Confluence: Experience in workflow management and documentation. ELK Stack: Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana for log analysis. Scripting: Proficiency in at least one of Python, Bash, or Java Script for automation tasks. API Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP AP Is, authentication, and data retrieval. Basic SQL and familiarity with CMS systems. Alfresco: In-depth knowledge of enterprise content management. Solr: Proficiency in implementation and use for search and indexing. Familiarity with Neo4j.

Education and Experience

• Extensive work experience is not required, but brief experience (e. g. , internships, traineeships, or contributions to university/personal projects) in software development is appreciated.
