As an Assistant Store Manager of the high fashion Flagship Store of Onitsuka Tiger in Milan, you’ll bring the brand and the store results to a higher level.
Onitsuka Tiger takes part in the Milan Fashion Week.
During that event and other in-store fashion and PR events, you and the team make sure the store is ready according to the script.
You co-manage a team of 6 talents.
This is a mission-critical role in growing the Onitsuka Tiger brand to become Europe's most iconic Japanese high fashion lifestyle brand.

How you’ll help us We’re looking for a seasoned Assistant Store Manager or Department Store Manager.
A store specialist with an eye for people, clients and fashion.
Your result fields: To meet or exceed store sales target Co-lead in maximizing sales and profitability through the effective management of store operations and excellent customer service.
Show solid commercial awareness and implement initiatives to drive sales performance.
Understand local market trends and competition and communicate this information to the line manager.
Understand and improve store performance by analysis of reports and KP Is such as conversion rate, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
To monitor all shop overheads, i. e. electricity, stationery, etc. , ensuring budgets are adhered to maximize shop profitability.
To achieve the brand standard in customer service and selling Give staff clear direction, advice, support, and guidance, focusing on delivering the required customer service and sales standards.
Oversee all shop administration ensuring all head office instructions are actioned and staff fully advised of product changes and developments as necessary.
To implement any promotional or training initiatives as required.
To achieve the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising Give staff clear direction, advice, support, and guidance, focusing on delivering the required merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards.
Ensure operational excellence is achieved in the back-of-house areas and that the store achieves compliance with policy, procedure, and legal standards.
To recruit, train, retain, and develop high-quality team members Maximize the in-store use of staffing budgets, ensuring best practices regarding staffing levels and rotas.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented individuals, ensuring staff is motivated to see the store succeed and prepared continuously.
Minimize staff turnover by practising the retention skills necessary to build a high-performing team that operates effectively within a motivating store climate.
What we’re looking for Extensive experience as Assistant Store Manager and/or Department Store Manager.
Experience with co-leading a flagship store or a bigger store, with 5+ employees.
Living in Milan.
Fluently English and Italian speaking and writing is a must.
You recognize our result fields and have a proven track record.
Empathic personality and people leader with the drive to share success as one team.
Extensive experience in co-leading a top level of customer service in a brand retailer.
Intuitive communication skills, respectful, and you know how to inspire and motivate.
