WHAT TO EXPECT


• Co-responsibility for team leadership



• General cash accounting including processing and booking of daily receipts



• Ensuring proper checkout processes and taking over the cashier activity if necessary



• Administrative support for the management



• General customer complaint management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE


• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship



• Proven practical experience, preferably in the service industry



• Good knowledge of German and/or English



• General commercial and numerical understanding



• Strong customer and service orientation as well as organizational strength



• A high degree of commitment, initiative and hands-on mentality
