Responsibilities: Support the Front Desk team in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience to all guests.
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management under the guidance of the Front Desk team.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and daily reports as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages, ensuring timely delivery.
Assist in coordinating guest requests and special arrangements, escalating complex issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Manager.
Help maintain front desk organization, supplies, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications &, Assets: At least 1 years’ experience working in a similar position.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Good telephone persona with a friendly and helpful demeanour Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
