Art Director Freelance

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director Freelance who enjoys working in a fast paced environment driven by innovation and design. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. He will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect and stimoulate any audience translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns.



Responsibilities





• Determine how best to represent an idea or a concept visually keeping on brief and managing the ideation, generating clean ideas


• Present completed ideas to clients/team members


• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas


• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience


• Manage and cooperate with the creative team such as graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff


• Review and approve and amended designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members


• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines


• Detailed estimations



Requirements




• Proven working experience as Art Director


• Deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices


• Knowledge of the entire product development process, from the idea generation, research, to detailed UI and interaction design


• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design are highly valued


• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud ( Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) and UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Figma


• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio


• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well


• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills


• Relevant education or training


• Knowledge of Agile framework and product management tools ( Asana, Jira, . . . ) is highly valued


• Strong design sensibility with ability to translate research findings into tangible solutions or design opportunities and ability to influence product or business strategy through research.


• Clear growth mindset, looking for opportunities to learn and motivated to approach challenges proactively
