For one of the big Manufacturing companies in the Design world, we are seeking an IT Business Process Analyst that will collaborate to the Digital Transformation of the Group, reporting directly to the CIO.
The Business Process Analyst will participate to an important Digital Transformation Project, acting as the bridge between the different stakeholders of the Business, end-users and the development team.
This figure will be responsible for managing all the process, gathering the business requirements in order to facilitate the development of a solution.
This person analyzes software implementation, including developing business requirements, process design, procurement, testing and implementation support.
Your responsibilities Define project success and validate requirements Manage the concept phase and framing of the project to support and guide the development of system requirements and business cases Provide engagement and delivery of high-level business requirements Support testing and identify project delivery issues and risks; assist with mitigation strategies Work with the IT professional during the different phases of the project life cycle Engage stakeholders from senior business leaders to technical teams Assist in the professional and technical development of team members Coordinate customer responses to capture changes in business requirements Experience required At least 2-5 years' experience as Technical- Functional Analyst in ERP systems.
Customizing and application configuration skills are essential Knowledge of AS400, SAP and/or Dynamics365 is a plus Fluent in English, other languages are a plus Problem solving attitude Good communication skills Location: Monza (hybrid)
