Description Our Junior Market Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d) will: Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations Support engagement across the Solution portfolio Project manager support for solution projects (oversees the data collection processes such as preparing study specifications for GPS/operations, approval of data quality & programs & deliverables, quota monitoring) Support senior colleagues during the management of the research process from proposals to final presentation Proactively identify opportunities, sharing these with the Sales team and senior colleagues What to expect? Awesome, here is what we are looking for additionally:A strong interest in understanding consumer behavior, motivations and decisions Curiosity about market dynamics and cultural influences that drive consumer purchasing decisions and consumer needs Analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data Familiarity with statistical techniques used in the analysis of market data and interpretation of results.
Ideally, one year experience in Market Research Eagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude Ability to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Effective communication: ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Good English Language skills Client-centric approach Computer skills: Knowledge of data analysis software and tools for the visual presentation of results (e. g.
