Aftermarket Director (Packaging)

Michael Page < br/> The Aftermarket Director will have the following responsibilities:

Lead Aftermarket solutions, including retrofits, upgrades, maintenance contracts, service operations, and spare parts.
Ensure high-quality support, covering technical assistance, field service, and training programs.
Drive sales performance and optimize the order-to-cash process.
Support digital transformation through ERP systems.
Implement root cause analysis and establish KP Is to enable continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Contribute to the definition and execution of the Aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining a hands-on approach.

10+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the industrial or packaging sectors
Strong leadership and strategic mindset, with proven managerial capabilities
Deep understanding of aftermarket business models, including spare parts and service sales dynamics
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally and work in dynamic environments
Experience in entrepreneurial or fast-growing contexts is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
Results-driven attitude, focused on performance and continuous improvement
