JOB OPENING Title: ACS Front Desk Services Location: Vicenza, Italy Start Date: Immediately Job- Type: Part- Time On- Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS office.
Personnel should be available on short notice.
We kindly ask you to provide your resume in English. JOB DESCRIPTION You shall provide all the ACS front desk services.
You shall provide services to walk-in and telephonic customers to determine their requirements; and will direct the customer to the appropriate ACS office or installation agency.
You shall maintain the Client Tracking System (CTS) Input simple contacts (i. e.
customer uses fax machine or using ACS phone to make a call, etc.
Customer contact duration is less than 15 min. ) in the Client Tracking System (CTS) on a daily basis.
Comprised of customer name, rank, date of birth, unit phone, and information.
Archive electronically monthly.
You shall maintain the calendar and classroom reservations.
You shall maintain daily customer sign-in sheets and a monthly sign-in sheet archive.
• QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of documented and verifiable work experience in office administration; answering phones, fax, and copier machines, and providing customer service.
Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, writing, and reading).
Demonstrate the ability to communicate in the English and Italian languages, with a resume, reference, and/or proof of education.
