Responsibilities


SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS . , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Tasks and responsibilities:


• Accounting control and administrative activities on different types of funds (mutual funds, pension funds, welfare funds)


• Supervisory reports according to the current regulations on different types of funds ( Bank of Italy, COVIP, ECC)


• Production of annual, semi-annual, and periodic reports on different types of funds


• Perform the activities accurately, efficiently, following the procedures put in place, the current regulation in compliance with the cut-offs and deadlines


Profile required


Studies & experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in Economics


• Prior accounting and administrative experience, preferably acquired in Fund administration and more generally, knowledge in the economic and financial field

Language skills:


• Italian: C2


• English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:


• Accounting and regulatory knowledge on the mutual fund, pension funds and welfare funds


• Good communication skills


• Good time management and commitment with deadlines


• Precision and accuracy


• Good interpersonal skills and cooperation
