We are an agile and solid Digital Communication Agency with primary established clients and our own IT products. We intend to set out on a path of growth and development, and we will do so with great determination.
We are looking for a resource person with the same determination and resourcefulness who together with the company' s partners will analyze the target market and initiate a business development path to increase the size and visibility of the Company.
Role
• Manage the existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
• Identify market trends and prospect customer needs, building a short/medium-term promotion and sales pipeline in accordance with defined objectives.
• Take a key role in drafting proposals and presentations for new projects and activities that create opportunities and partnerships with clients.
• Sharing professional knowledge by updating clients and prospects and one' s networking through meetings and presentations, communications, and expanded events.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Identify the agency' s most significant case histories to generate interest and new projects.
• Monitor development processes and analyze metrics with the goal of improving performance.
• Management of direct email marketing and prospect database.
• Constantly update and promote all agency media channels.
Skills and qualifications required
• Bachelor' s/ Master' s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of the Office package.
• Experience preferably in dynamic digital environments in the communications and marketing role.
• Excellent organizational skills in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in teams and manage complex, multi-task projects.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
