Account Manager Public Sales — South (f/m/x)
In this role you will:
• Lead all pre-sales and customer engagement activities in the assigned territory, in alignment with Sysmex strategy and marketing plan;
• Responsible to achieve all sales objective and key commercial metrics, both at account and territory level;
• Have an in-depth knowledge of sysmes solutiosn, their value proposition, and competitors’ portfolio;
• Identify and analyse key market trends and changes on purchasing behaviour to improve forecast accuracy and best planning of company resources;
• Responsible for accurate forecasting, regular sales update and the ROI of the assigned budget;
• Gain valuable insights on market, competition, and customer evolution to support business planning, finetuning marketing plan, and defining long-term strategy;
• Create account plans to drive commercial success and long-term engagement with key stakeholders by leveraging on in deep knowledge of the account and the healthcare ecosystem;
• Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored-mades solutions together with marketing, application, and service team;
• Has ownership of the tender process coordinating all resources involved into the tender preparation and offering;
• Apply strategic selling methodologies by identifying decision makers, understand needs and critical success factors, map the buying influence, and articulate the value of sysmex solutions for each stakeholders
• Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions and mobilizing the right resources to drive commercial success;
• Trace the sales process and activities by maintaining updated information on the CRM system, including pipeline progress, areas of risk and opportunity, and follow-up of action plans
This role requires the employee to be able of visit clinical laboratories and departments
Job requirements
• Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
• Business Management qualification would be plus
• Fluent English;
• Proficient with MS Office ( Power Point, Excel, Word)
General professional experience:
• At least 5 years of experience on IVD industry on sales and marketing functions
Professional experience for the position:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations.
• Negotiation and tender management
• Problem solving skills
