Account Manager / Business Development Manager - B2B Consulting Services Location: near Philadelphia, PA (on NJ side) Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (DOE) + Commission + Benefits Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k, Holidays, Vacation + Personal + Sick Days, and more Job Type: Full- Time | Hybrid/ Work from Home Opportunity Typical Hours: Monday- Friday; generally 40 hours/week Travel: up to 50% (split between overnight domestic travel & trips to NYC, back the same day) **will become less after relationships have been established and support team hired** Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Relocation assistance negotiable Account Manager / Business Development Manager - B2B Consulting Services Description Our client, a leading consulting services firm, is looking to add an Account Manager / Business Development Manager near Philadelphia, PA.
This is a relatively new position, that will play a pivotal role in sustaining and growing their national presence.
You will be given existing accounts and clients on day one, and will be responsible for nurturing those relationships, ensuring our client remains top of mind, while strategically uncovering new business opportunities.
Once those relationships have been established, you will hire at least one Sales Representative to support your efforts and further capitalize on the opportunities with existing clients.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in business development and account management with proven success, a talent for relationship building, and an eagerness to lead future sales initiatives.
