The Product
Shippy Pro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
What You’ll Do
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing Italian customer base.
• Manage the full expansion lifecycle, from opportunity identification and business case development to negotiation and close.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across operations, logistics, and digital functions.
• Monitor account health, usage trends, and product adoption to proactively spot and act on growth signals.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to surface client needs, influence roadmaps, and deliver value.
• Contribute to Shippy Pro’s acquisition strategy by prospecting and closing strategic new clients.
• Provide market intelligence to inform our GTM strategy and competitive positioning in Italy.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline progression in Hub Spot.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record in account expansion, upselling, and customer development.
• Strong understanding of how to generate value across complex customer journeys, especially in e-commerce and logistics verticals.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills – you know how to deepen trust and grow business over time.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with CS, Marketing, and Product to drive customer success and revenue outcomes.
• Proactive and structured approach, with strong ownership of your book of business.
• Prior exposure to new business development is a plus – you understand how to spot high-value leads and close them.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English is required.
