Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a  Composite Materials Pre Series to join our  Headquarter at Sant’ Agata Bolognese (BO).

You will hierarchically report to the Head of Composites Center.

You will be responsible to define and plan tools/technologies to be used for product manufacturing, consistently with projects/processes in place. Responsible for Composite Parts (chassis, body parts, subcomponents and production processes. . . ) costs, technical aspects, timing.

Your main activities will be:

• Technologies planning for new products/ Process/projects, by working closer with the R&D Department during product development; define product and process specification in order to guarantee the expected quality and costs

• SET meetings participation to align technological and industrial demands to emerging development/modification issues,

• Design/modification of production tools for mechanical systems (e. g. : Mould, equipment, preassembly/assembly tools/jigs, …) by ensuring consistency with assigned budget, timing, lay out

• Support during the assembly process design (3P workshop) in order to define cycle timing and to anticipate assembly problems/project criticalities by working together with R&D Dept. , Production Engineering unit, Quality Dept. ;

• Tools manufacturing and testing, by coordinating internal/external suppliers where necessary:

o technical specifications definitions,

o technical check on tooling used for prototype assembly – ergonomic issues, identified cycles, cycle time, etc.

o Modifications (from development phase to the ramp up phase).

• Suppliers technical selection.

About you


• University Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering.



• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in automotive


• Process engineering and optimization competences


• Process management planning skills


• Relational skills


• Fluent English, Italian and  German will be considered a plus
