Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a Color & Trim to join our headquarters at Sant’ Agata Bolognese (BO).

You will report hierarchically to the Head of Design.

You will be responsible to steer and manage color and trim designers and CMF (color / trim & finishing) activities (including ad personam special requests) new vehicle visions/briefing and ideas taking care to reinforce existing cars and of course brand values.

You will be:


• Responsible to coordinate the translation of a product idea “briefing” into a product shape;



• Responsible to coordinate the research of new material solutions to meet market’s needs;


• Responsible to adapt the more suitable materials and colors considering and managing technical constraint, technical requirements, materials and costs;


• Handling material alternatives production by evaluating impacts on brand/ product commercial positioning and technical aspects affecting engineering;


• Designing milestones fulfillment into the projects plans;


• Manageing virtual and physical model realization. Concept cars preparation to test market reactions.


• Coordinating the Concept and first project-phase CMF proposals to follow the required Lamborghini design differentiation value;


• Coordinating the materials of Interior and exterior parts by considering impacts on overall design idea;


• Coordinating CMF materials design from concept to design freeze;


• Researching right trade-off in materials and colors between functional targets, markets trends and brand strategy (considering technical constraint, technical requirements, materials and costs);


• Managing close relations with design team and R&D parts engineers to research the feasible materials that fulfill as much as possible design guidelines;


• Cooperating closely with the Group and granting a deep interconnection at different levels.

About you


• University degree or Technical degree Design


• At least 5 years’ experience in CMF position


• Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory


• Experience in Automotive field


• Knowlege of V-RED, Keyshot, Photoshop, Illustrator and PPT are mandatory
