You will taking charge of the maintenance, design, and development of complex software systems that power global maritime logistics. You won’ t just write code; you will shape the tools that keep international trade moving.




Key Responsibilities






• Responsible for the maintenance, design, and development of complex computer software for a global ocean carrier.


• Design software from requirements, applying industry-leading development practices to ensure high-quality delivery.


• Participate in technical discussions, take full ownership of software components from initial design to final delivery, and provide expert debugging skills.





Key Requirements






• Expert knowledge of C# and . NET Framework (including WPF, Win Forms, Serialization, Reflection, Security, ADO. NET, multi-threading, and Entity Framework).


• 3+ years of application development experience with a strong focus on business process optimization.


• Very strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, user-defined functions, tables, indexes and views.


• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals with proven problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.


• Ability to implement and continually improve efficiencies within the product development process.


• Direct experience with designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions.


• Bachelor’s Degree or IT-related certification. A Master’s degree in Computer Science is a significant plus.


• Fluent in English.


• Available to work onsite 5⁄ 5 in Turin.





Nice to have






• Experience with XML and managing electronic exchange solutions.


• Hands-on experience with C++ programming.


• Experience with Web Services, REST API, or JSON.


• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Azure Dev Ops.


• Experience in Cloud- Native development.


• Ability to interact with and analyze logging platforms.
