Description Albelissa is looking for a strategic and tactical international FREELANCE recruiter to allocate on EU projects INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL RECRUITER - RPO Responsibilities: Recruitment, independent sourcing and headhunting for technical profiles (i. e. engineers and niche talent) Managing autonomously the full cycle of recruitment until handoff to HR for onboarding Fill target of 4 to 5 candidates per month with a workload of 12-15 open concurrent positions Tool expertise in Linked In Recruiter, MS Outlook Calendar, video interviewing and ATS software Improving and developing existing/new processes to scale exponentially, including but not limited to applications, sourcing, scheduling, phone screens, in-person interviews, and handoff to onboarding team.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least two years of RPO experience Linked In and standard industry ATS knowledge Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent Successfully run strategic recruiting projects that enable the team to hit their hiring goals Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecast and recruiting capacity Relationship building with hiring managers Technical background is an advantage (especially with IT) Fluency in English.
