THE ROLE The resource will be assigned to an FSP opportunity. As FSP Lead Data Manager, you will hold a combined technical and leading position in our Client Department. You will be assigned to a client providing support in doing Lead Data Manager activities and mentoring the Junior Team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Supporting the data management group from study start-up through database lock and clinical study reports by:
- Providing expert guidance and support to the Clinical Data Management team and the cross-functional team in the clinical trials development process;
- Providing timely and accurate management of clinical trial data ensuring an end-to-end high-quality process, including analysis of clinical data and report;
- Supporting the centralized monitoring through a smooth peer-to-peer collaboration with the monitoring team;
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience with clinical trial research and/or data collection;
Knowledge of clinical research procedures and regulations;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Ability to work independently without supervision;
Knowledge of clinical research procedures and regulations;
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office packages in general;
Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing);
Degree in life science, pharmaceutical, biology or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in data management field or similar in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment (preferred)
Expert in one or more DM systems or processes and recognized for their expertise.
Italian Language Speaking (preferred)
Ability to travel to Italy to visit the Client's team (center of Italy)
