Our International Sales Solution Area is looking for an intern to support the correct process of orders from international markets and that supports and collaborates with internal departments and customers in order to enhance business development.
Main Tasks &Responsibilities · Ensure/ Manage sales orders, prices and discount conditions and anagraphic customers in ERP Monitoring of sales orders (price, promo applications), master data/customer contract management Provide orders to warehouse and logistic Ensure the administrative handling of returned goods Ensure that invoices are correct and matched with conditions of original orders Monitoring of orders process from entry to delivery and payment Coordinate all activities in order to verify and record debit notes or issue credit note Deal directly with customers and sales force either by telephone or mail to manage customer inquiries Deal and coordinate with internal department to collect information required by markets Manage and supervise all Exportation documents and certifications ( Custom papers, Cmr collections, Certificate of Origin) The profile requires Soft Skills Customer Oriented and Flexbile Good oral and written communication skills Technical skills Degree in Languages or Economics Computer skills ( Microsoft Office, Power BI and database): intermediate level SAP Knowledge preferred FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN What we offer you Monthly reimbursement and free access to our canteen Welcome pack and laptop An idea acceleration mindset, where your ideas and opinions matter Gruppo Montenegro is an organisation committed to equality and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for all our employees, consumers, partners, and communities.
