Job Description What will you take care of ? This position is primarily responsible for the direct contact with Export and Domestic Customers OE and Aftermarket, Order entry & dispatch of goods.
Cooperation & support to the Sales people, Account Managers & After Sales Technical Assistance. in particular you will be responsable to: Responsible to handle customer orders, check prices, confirm delivery dates, parts, equipment compositions, follow requests, inquiries, correspondence, quotes and the general sales admin work including filing.
SAP data entry & maintenanceCRM utilization Coordination of shipments of repairs and warranty replacements.
Issuance of RMA (return authorizations).
General support and cooperation with sales people and other departments (LOG-PUR-FIN) Assure that daily & monthly sales are reached, following payments from customers in time & that goods are collected before deadline (month end), contact with forwarding agents.
Respect of Compliance rules & preparation of authorization forms for creation of new customers, change of payment terms.
Submission for approvals.
Dealing of customer issues via telephone/fax/e-mail with a promptly timeframe to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Execution of launches through SAP (or similar) to the different account networks according to the local NSC decisions.
Qualifications What distinguishes you? Knowledge of the following languages is required: Full professional proficiency in English (min.
C1) Professional knowledge of French (min.
B1) Educated to degree level, preferably Commercial, export acknowledge Customer Service/ Care work background (min 4 years) Friendly & comprehensive approach to customers Strong communication skills – written and oral Ability to multi-task and prioritise Ability to meet results on time, working on deadlines Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, stress resistant Excellent computer experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP (or similar) Additional Information Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
